Honda Dio 125
New Delhi | February 7, 2026: Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has officially stirred the 125cc scooter segment by launching the all-new Honda Dio 125 X-Edition. Priced at ₹87,733 (ex-showroom, Delhi), this special edition is designed by Honda’s youth design team to capture the “Cyber Drift” aesthetic, blending futuristic styling with the trusted reliability of the Dio brand.
The launch comes as part of Honda’s strategy to refresh its portfolio for 2026, offering a more aggressive alternative to the standard 125cc scooters currently on the market.
The standout feature of the 2026 X-Edition is its exclusive visual identity. Moving away from subtle tones, the scooter embraces a high-contrast look:
Borrowing heavily from the high-spec H-Smart variant, the X-Edition is packed with modern tech to assist the urban commuter:
While the exterior gets a radical update, the X-Edition retains the refined mechanical core that has made the Dio 125 a favorite.
| Feature | Details |
| Engine | 123.92cc, Air-cooled, Single-cylinder |
| Max Power | 8.19 bhp @ 6,500 rpm |

| Braking | 190mm Front Disc with Combi-Brake System (CBS) |

The Honda Dio 125 X-Edition enters a crowded field, directly competing with heavyweights like the TVS NTORQ 125, Suzuki Avenis, and the Yamaha RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid. With its competitive pricing—costing roughly ₹4,000 less than the top-tier H-Smart variant—the X-Edition offers a premium look without the premium price tag.
